Registration & Speaker Agreement
GTC Conference Management will register you for the conference. Once registered, you will receive a notification to log in and answer important profile questions such as dietary restrictions, T-shirt size, etc. as well complete the Speaker Agreement.

You can find details on airports and ground transportation options on the GTC Travel Page.

Book Your Hotel
Special hotel rates, which can be booked on the Hotel Reservations Page, will expire February 28th. We strongly encourage you to book as early as possible as space is limited.

Apply for Your Travel Visa
If your country does not participate in the US Visa Waiver program, call the U.S. embassy in your country ASAP to obtain information on the application process. It can be a lengthy process so we strongly recommend you apply at least 90 days out from your travel date. Visit the GTC Travel Page for more details.

Send Your Headshot
Send your headshot of no more than 10MB to GTC_Content@nvidia.com in JPEG or PNG format. Please name your file using first and last name. An example would be John_Doe.png.

Promote Your Talk and Pass On Your Discount Code to Colleagues
In addition to your complimentary registration, we are pleased to offer you a 20% off discount code, S14FF20, which you can pass onto your colleagues.

Sessions of Interest
Your talk will be published in the GTC online schedule by mid-January. Once the schedule goes live, you can select sessions of interest to help plan your week at GTC.

All speakers are required to complete the Speaker A/V Confirmation.

Submit Your Draft Presentation
Optimally you will be able to provide us with draft PowerPoint slides, but at a minimum we require you email GTC_Content@nvidia.com with an outline of your presentation.

Prepare Your Final Presentation
Speakers are required to bring their final presentation on a USB drive to their session room.

Pick up Your Badge and Speaker Gift
Pick up your conference badge and gift at the Speaker Registration desk, located on the street level of the convention center near the main lobby entrance. Early badge pick up is available on Sunday evening, March 23 between 6:00PM and 8:00PM.

Submit Your Final PDF Presentation
Your talk will be recorded. The recordings and PDF files will be made available on GTC on Demand. If your PDF is under 10 MB, you can email it to GTC_Content@nvidia.com . Please name the file using your session ID, followed by your first name and last name and "Final" so we can properly track the correct file version. Example would be S3000_JohnDoe_Final.pdf. If your PDF is larger than 10 MB, bring the file on a USB drive to be uploaded on site.

Do A Technical Run-Through
The Speaker Tech Room, located in Room 113, is open for you to test your presentation. Priority will be granted to those with special A/V requirements. The hours of operation are as follows:
  • Monday, March 24 through Wednesday, March 26 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Thursday, March 27 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
