Apply for Your Visa
If your country does not participate in the US Visa Waiver program, call the U.S. embassy in your country ASAP to obtain information on the application process.  It can be a lengthy process so we strongly recommend you apply at least 90 days out from your travel date.  To request an invitation letter, go to My GTC on the GTC Dashboard. Book Your Hotel
Special hotel rates, which can be booked on the Hotel Reservations Page, will expire Monday, February 16th. Space is limited, so we strongly encourage you to book as early as possible.

Session Schedule
Your talk or poster will be published in the GTC Schedule Planner by mid-January. You can market your talk to your network using the Speaker’s Toolkith that will be sent to you in January.

Conference Passes
As a presenter, you will receive an All-Access Conference pass. Also, we are pleased to provide a 20% discount to colleagues, friends and family on all passes with discount code FF16S20.

Complete Your Registration Profile
Once registered by GTC Conference Management, you will receive a notification to log in and answer important profile questions such as dietary restrictions, t-shirt size, etc. Your registration is not complete until you submit all your profile questions.

Pick up Your Badge
Badge pick-up will be available starting Sunday, April 3, 2016, from 16:00-20:00. Registration opens at 7:00. all other days. Photo ID will be required.

Sign Up for Speaker Training
All first time speakers to GTC are required to take speaker training and make an appointment to run through their draft presentation with a member of the GTC content team over WebEx. We will contact you to schedule your training.

Final Presentation
You MUST submit your FINAL presentation by April 1st. We will provide the link to the portal via email at the end of March.

As a backup, bring your final presentation on a USB.

Rehearse your Talk
A room in the speaker lounge is available for technical run-throughs. Please make sure you bring your final presentation on a USB stick or laptop.

GTC organizers will print and display your poster at the conference. Submit your final PDF by January 17, 2016

Attend Posters & Beer Reception
All poster presenters are required to attend the Posters & Beer Welcome Reception located in the ballroom of the convention center. Presenters should arrive ten minutes prior to opening.
April 6, 2016
Vote for the Top Poster Winner Closes
The GPU Top Poster Award goes to the top poster as voted on by GTC attendees. The presenter will receive $5,000. Voting is open to conference attendees starting on Monday and closes Wednesday at 17:00. The winner is announced on GTC Social Media the following morning.
April 7, 2016
Poster Pickup
You are welcome to take your poster with you. Pick up is scheduled from 12:30 – 16:00.
