Deadline Action Items Instructions
Complete Your Registration Profile
Once registered by GTC Conference Management, you will receive a notification to log in and answer important profile questions such as dietary restrictions, t-shirt size, etc. Your registration is not complete until you submit all your profile questions.
Book Your Travel
You can find details on airports and ground transportation options on the GTC Travel Page.
Book Your Hotel
Special hotel rates, which can be booked on the Hotel Reservations Page, will expire Monday, February 16th. Space is limited, so we strongly encourage you to book as early as possible.
Apply for Your Visa
If your country does not participate in the US Visa Waiver program, call the U.S. embassy in your country ASAP to obtain information on the application process.  It can be a lengthy process so we strongly recommend you apply at least 90 days out from your travel date.  To request an invitation letter, go to My GTC on the GTC Dashboard. Presenter Agreement
All presenters are required to complete the Presenter Agreement.
Sessions of Interest
Your talk or poster will be published in the GTC Schedule Planner by mid-January.  You can then select sessions of interest to help plan your week at GTC.
Week of Event
Pick up Your Badge & Attend Posters & Beer Welcome Reception
Pick up your conference badge at the Registration desk, located on the street level of the convention center near the main lobby entrance. Early badge pick-up is available on Monday, March 16 between 17:00 and 20:00. After you pick up your badge head over to the Posters & Beer Welcome Reception at 17:00 located in the Grand Ballroom 220A of the convention center.

Confirm Your Audio-Visual Requirements
All speakers are required to complete the Speaker A/V Confirmation. If you do not complete this form by the deadline, we will assume you are fine with our standard audio-visual set-up.

Draft Presentation
Email your draft presentation to If you don't submit your draft slides by this date or if your slides do not comply with our minimum standards the GTC Content Committee reserves the right to decline your presentation.
Week of Event
Technical Run-Through and Gift
You will be scheduled for a technical run-through at which time you will be required to submit your final presentation. We will also present you with your GTC 2015 speaker gift at this time.
Week of Event
Final PDF Presentation
Your talk will be recorded. The recordings and PDF files will be made available on GTC on Demand.  Please name the file using your session ID, followed by your first name and last name (S5000_JohnDoe.pdf). This will be collected during your scheduled technical run-through.

Your poster will be printed and on display at the conference. Please name the file using your poster ID, followed by your first name and last name (P5000_JohnDoe.pdf) upon submitting.

Attend Poster Reception
All poster presenters are required to attend the Posters & Beer Welcome Reception located in the Grand Ballroom 220A of the convention center. Presenters must arrive ten minutes prior to opening at 16:50 to ensure their poster is ready to present.
