Wireless internet service will be available in designated areas of the San Jose Convention Center.
Wired internet access in the exhibit hall is provided as specified in the section titled "Your table top exhibit includes." The incremental fee for sharing a single connection by multiple host systems within a single table-top booth is $200.00 per each additional host system. Additional IP addresses are available for purchase at $200 each through Streamline.
Exhibitors should make sure on-site personnel have administrative privileges to set network settings on host systems that need to connect to the network. If requested, Streamline personnel will assist exhibitors with the entry of IP information into host systems attached to the Exhibitor network.
Exhibitors with host systems that need IP address information assigned automatically, or exhibitors seeking to set-up special VPN or firewall protection, may bring in a router or related network device for this purpose.
Exhibitors who need wireless network access for their systems, may also bring in their own wireless router for this purpose. For wireless devices, exhibitor on-site personnel must be able to set wireless channels, and power settings to minimize interference with other exhibitors, and must secure connections via WEP/WPA, etc. to ensure that use of wireless connection is limited to the number of host systems declared by exhibitor for their connection. Please note that Streamline and NVIDIA do not guarantee that exhibitors will be able to successfully set-up and operate their own wireless Internet access devices to their full specifications on the trade show floor.
Any equipment attached to the Exhibitor network must be in good working condition and properly attached to the provided Cat. 5e cable connection.
GTC Show Management is pleased to offer you two shipping options. Both are offered to exhibitors at no cost. To take advantage of this free service, please make sure you submit the freight options form by May 4, 2012 if you are shipping to advanced warehouse or direct to show site.

This union has jurisdiction on the operation of all materials handling equipment, all unloading and reloading, and the handling of empty containers.
