| April 25, 2012 | Session First Draft | Complete a first draft of your presentation in PowerPoint and send to gtc-submissions@nvidia.com. |
| May 10, 2012 | Session Final Copy | Complete a final copy of your presentation, which will be made available on the GTC archives (PDF copy) and send to gtc-submissions@nvidia.com. |
| At GTC U.S. 2012 | Speaker Check-in | After picking up your badge at registration, please proceed to the Speaker Lounge for further instructions. In the event that your talk involves more than a simple laptop setup (i.e., embedded video files or a second demo machine), a technical run-through with the A/V team assigned to your room will be scheduled. Please let Evelyn or Jessica know if this is the case with your talk. |
