ASAP Speaker Registration Once registration opens, please register for the conference using the speaker promo code that was sent to you by Evelyn Donis or Jessica Bruns on the GTC Content Team.
 
March 15, 2012 Speaker Agreement Please download the Speaker Agreement and send the completed and signed agreement to gtc-submissions@nvidia.com.
 
March 15, 2012 Speaker Travel and Hotel Booking Book your hotel and travel arrangements – special pricing available on the GTC Travel page.
 
April 16, 2012 A/V Requirements Complete your session A/V requirements via the online form today!
 
April 16, 2012 Session Outline Complete an outline of your presentation and send to gtc-submissions@nvidia.com.
 
April 25, 2012 Session First Draft Complete a first draft of your presentation in PowerPoint and send to gtc-submissions@nvidia.com.
 
May 10, 2012 Session Final Copy Complete a final copy of your presentation, which will be made available on the GTC archives (PDF copy) and send to gtc-submissions@nvidia.com.
 
At GTC U.S. 2012 Speaker Check-in After picking up your badge at registration, please proceed to the Speaker Lounge for further instructions. In the event that your talk involves more than a simple laptop setup (i.e., embedded video files or a second demo machine), a technical run-through with the A/V team assigned to your room will be scheduled. Please let Evelyn or Jessica know if this is the case with your talk.
